                              RESOLUTION NO. 20813
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 
                   CASSANDRA SMITH/HAMILL ROAD AREA ZONING 
                   PLAN.

       	    	 WHEREAS, the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional 
       Planning Commission has recommended to the City Council of the 
       City of Chattanooga that the Zoning Study for Cassandra 
       Smith/Hamill Road Area be adopted; and
       	    	 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and discussed 
       said Zoning Study;
                                NOW, THEREFORE,
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Cassandra Smith/Hamill Road Area 
       Zoning Plan be and the same is hereby approved; said Plan is 
       attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
